Escaping The Wild Forest

As Morton jumps out of the painting Olive jumps right after him, but Annabelle ends up grabbing her shoe and stopping her from fully getting through. When the branches started choking Olive it was pretty scary because who know if she was actually gonna die or not. Since Olive and Morton made it out of the painting then I think they will find the cats and find a way to stop Annabelle and her grandfather.

Animal Fight!

The three cats attacked Annabelle with all their might trying to stop her, but it failed when she called the once happy and friendly dog that came out fierce and scary. When the three cats charged at Annabelle Olive wanted to join the fight because the wanted to try to stop Annabelle from getting Morton. Since this time Annabelle actually brought Olive into the painting that Morton was in I think that they will find Morton and Olive will try with all her might to keep Annabelle away from him.

The Real Story

Horatio and Harvey weren't witches, but they helped served the witches. Although Horatio and Harvey are kind of suspicious and they helped out the witches, that Olive can still trust them. Since Horatio Harvey and Olive are talking how Annabelle might want Morton or his blood I think they will go in the painting that he is in and save him.

Trust Broken??

Olive just let Annabelle out of her painting and now they are wondering around the house and Annabelle says that her necklace is in the painting with the big lake in it so they go in the painting. I kinda knew that Annabelle was weird and couldn't really trust her but Olive made the choice too. What I think will happen next is Horatio and Olive might find Annabelle somewhere but I'm not sure what from then.

Frienship and Trust

Olive has gone to Annabelle (a woman inside a painting) because she knows she can trust here and maybe to even stay the night with her but Annabelle has lost a necklace that she loves and wants to go out of the painting and find it so Olive lets her out. My opinion is that I don't really trust Annabelle and letting her out because you never know what she could be hiding. What I think will happen next is that Annabelle might find out that Olive has her necklace but not get mad at her for wearing it but I'm not fully sure yet.

The Truth?

In the book...The Book of Elsewhere by Jacqueline West, Olive has been figuring out many different new things but she doesn't know for sure to believe them or not. Olive goes back into the Linden Street painting and goes to see Morton to talk to him, but ends up fighting with him again....but this time the people in the other houses come out and talk to Olive about the cats and the man who put them there. I think that Olive needs to talk to the cats to either find out the truth or maybe bribe them or something like that because if she doesn't she won't be closer to finding out the truth. What I think will happen next is that she might talk to the cats because when a scene like this happens, usually the next part is having to face those people.

Magic Girl

 I woke up from under the tree I had slept under, it was freezing.. All I wanted was a family and a home. I started walking around and soon found myself in a field full with crops, and people. When I started walking around a man came up to me and yelled “Get back to picking out those weeds!” he said. That’s when I started working as a farmer. As I started to pick some of the weeds next to the crops that were growing a lady that had a kind smile on her face started working next to me. She asked “Are you new here I’ve never seen you before, what’s your name?”. I thought to myself what is my name, I have never been called anything before so I guess I have no name. I told her, “I don’t have a name.” and she said back to me “Well everyone has a name but since you don’t I could help you figure out your name.”

I nodded my head and she said a few names, “Merry, Ivy, Ella”, none of them really sounded interesting to me until she said “Beatrice”. It sounded so happy and it was beautiful I loved it.. She could tell I liked that name and said “Well now you're Beatrice nice to meet you I’m Rose.”. Rose had put me to where I was feeding them sheep's and cows, goats and chickens. but I was always too afraid to go feed the ox even if it wasn’t that big. She could tell that I was good with animals even though I’ve never really touched one before and actually owned one. They were afraid of everyone but me, they wouldn't come out to it until the person left and no one was around they only came to me so I stayed working there. I felt bad for the sheep's though they didn’t weigh that much or look very healthy we didn't really have anything for them, no food that was good enough for them.

Rose started making me do multiple things in just one day! However it wasn’t that hard. The only new thing that she made me do is start to fertilize the soil, but all we did was put manure on the soil. Which made it smell so bad but it still helped, but wasn't the best it took weeks for a crop to finally grow at least that's what Rose told me. I wanted to try something, making something that would make it grow or fertilize the soil faster than before. However what could I do? There was a small piece of clay on the ground and for some reason I made me have the urge to use that clay on the soil but what could clay do? I grabbed the piece of clay and smeared it onto the soil and added a crop with it but I already knew that it wasn't gonna work, but it's worth a try.

I went back to feed the animals and didn’t worry about it too much. I saw the ox but this time I wasn’t scared. I didn’t notice that I was staring at it and that I slowly started moving closer towards the ox. That’s when we made eye contact, we were just staring eye to eye. I slowly got some food out in my hand and holded my hand out. The ox  just stared at me for a few seconds..then slowly got up and moved closer to me. It finally came close enough to where it took the food from my hand and that’s when I realized why had I been so afraid of this ox? I pet the ox and gave it more food then went over to check on how the soil was. As I was a few feet away from where I had used my clay that I randomly decided to use on the soil and the soil was dark brown. All the other areas wren't even close to that kind of brown. It worked I thought to myself...it worked!!!! Everyone saw me start jumping up and down and spinning and ran over to see what was wrong. Rose came up to me and said "Beatrice what's wrong did someone do something?!?!" I replied back to her "It worked Rose it worked!!! Look at the soil!"

Rose looked at the soil and her eyes widened, she said "The soil it looks like it had been watered for days and really fertilized...Beatrice did you do that?" I nodded my head and everyone just stared at me for a second...I looked at Rose again and everyone else again they all had huge smiles on their faces even the boys that didn't like me. Rose hugged me and said "Now we will grow crops so much faster thanks to what you have done! By the way what did you use?" I told her clay and no one could believe it that clay helped the soil become like that. She said "What a odd way to fertilize the soil...maybe you really are a Magic Girl". Everyone cheered for what had just happened and they all thanked me I was happy I could help everyone grow crops faster but still tonight I would go back to that same old tree I woke up at and have no family and no home..."Oh yeah Beatrice" I looked up at her surprised "Yeah?'' she said "I can tell that you don't have a family or a home to sleep in...so I was wondering if you would like to live with me..I could definitely use some company and I would love to have you!". I just stared at her..water had started coming out of my eyes..what is this? I ran towards Rose and hugged her and said "Yes of course!"

For the next few days had been great, Rose and I have been having a great time together and the crops have started to grow was quicker! I was happy and felt magical inside maybe I am a Magic Girl...I laughed at myself "I could never be a Magic Girl" and I went back inside my house with Rose.
