Secrets

In The Book Of Elsewhere right now everybody is keeping secrets away from Olivia but slowly after everything she has heard the pieces in the puzzle that she is trying to figure out are slowly clicking together. However somehow I can't tell which puzzle pieces for her are clicking together because she is talking about this specific puzzle but she doesn't really say if she figured that part out or not. Also there are some new puzzle pieces that are getting added to the big puzzle which I think makes it more mysterious and exciting!

Maybe Still Human

In The Book Of Elsewhere Olivia went back to the Linden Street painting where Morton lived. She wanted to know how he was, if he was okay however she knew that he wouldn't be glad to see her so she brought him some gifts and jumped into the painting. What kind of shocked me is when Olivia kept saying that Morton was a painting and yes he might be slowly be turning into a part of a painting but he was just an ordinary human boy before. What evidence shows that is that when Olivia touched Mortons hands they were still warm unlike when she touched Annabelle's hands they were cold like she hasn't ever been alive. Could he still be a little human before he totally becomes a painting?

The Short Visit

In The Book Of Elsewhere right now the past few days have just been normal no signs of Horatio the cat. Olivia went to go explore the room where the beautiful lady portrait was there and where she first found the spectacles but this time when she looked through the spectacles the lady in the portrait didn't move. Olivia didn't know what to do as she spoke to herself and soon enough the lady spoke to her. Olivia went in the portrait and had a chat and some tea with the lady. I think that at first I wouldn't trust the lady so much because you don't know for sure who's side she could be on or what she could do but she could give us some information that we needed so I would still go in the painting like Olivia did.

Trapdoor

Coming back to The Book Of Elsewhere Olivia finds herself having to go in the basement the creepy dark basement. When she went in the basement she knew something was watching her she turned around and saw a pair of green eyes looking at her and she found out it was a black cat sitting on wood, but the floor was stone. Olivia talked to the cat and found out that the cat was guarding the trapdoor. I think that the trapdoor has something that Olivia will have to face later on in the story if the cat is having to guard it but I want to know what she will do if it is something bad inside the trapdoor.

Work of Woman

In the Middle Ages woman were officially required to be subordinated whether their father husband or other kings men. They usually consists a household of tasks to do. Peasant woman were usually responsible fir taking care of the household, child-care as well has gardening and animal husbandry. I think that woman are required to be subordinated to other males and stuff isn't right because woman are dominate people too. What if the woman was famous would she still have to do those things?

The Black Death?!?!

They hopped on rats that were carried on ships that lead to Europe and they are....Fleas!! Fleas carried illness that couldn't be cured at the time because they had no real cures back then. So then if you got The Black Death you wouldn't survive. I think that this would be so scary if I lived in Europe I would get the heck out of there for sure! However eventually they made a cure for it! What helped cure The Black Death?

Weather Changes

The weather changed a lot , it went back and forth so people didn't know if it was gonna be hot or rain a lot since they didn't know they didn't know if there crops would grow enough food or if it would just die. I think that if the weather kept switching on and off that they should take a break on crops and wait a few days ora week to see what the weather is mostly like and if its raining a lot then they know to keep little plants but if its been hot then plant some crops. When did this weather changing stop?

Delicious Food

Way back them I'm kind of surprised that the main food was Bread! Not meat or sushi or salad! However they did have some other fruits and vegetables like cabbage, lettuce and turnips. When I think of mostly eating bread I think it wouldn't be that bad because I personally really love bread but I really love meat too. Was there different types of bread like really nice bread for the rich and okay bread for poor?

Older Clothing!

While looking back into the past I looked into the middle ages and what they used to wear and I've found some interesting things like shoes were generally made pointed!, that the rich cloth was either scarlet, blue, reddish and two colors mixed together and also that luxury at it's height when gold, silver , and precious stones were lavished on the clothes. I think that pointed shoes it pretty complicated and that maybe it was too much to have that because you would want different styles and different types of shoes. What if the poor couldn't afford pointed shoes would they just be bare foot or would the shoes that weren't made pointed be low price enough for them?
