Older Clothing!

While looking back into the past I looked into the middle ages and what they used to wear and I've found some interesting things like shoes were generally made pointed!, that the rich cloth was either scarlet, blue, reddish and two colors mixed together and also that luxury at it's height when gold, silver , and precious stones were lavished on the clothes. I think that pointed shoes it pretty complicated and that maybe it was too much to have that because you would want different styles and different types of shoes. What if the poor couldn't afford pointed shoes would they just be bare foot or would the shoes that weren't made pointed be low price enough for them?
